Privacy Policy

Effective October 8, 2026

This policy explains how Jobsite Beacon Co. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information collected through our website, forms, demos, onboarding, and services.

Questions about your information?
Email [email protected]. Please do not send payment card details, passwords, or other sensitive information by email.

1. Information we collect

You may provide your name, email address, phone number, business details, appointment preferences, and the contents of inquiries. Customer onboarding may also include service preferences, routing instructions, authorized contact details, business documents, approvals, and signatures.

When you interact with a phone or messaging service, we may process caller details, messages, call summaries, and transcripts as applicable to the service. If a call is recorded, recording is subject to applicable notice and consent requirements. Our website and service providers may collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, and cookies.

2. How we use information

We use information to respond to requests, demonstrate and provide our services, configure your account, route inquiries, schedule appointments, provide support, process billing, maintain records, and help prevent misuse. Where you have agreed, we may also send promotional communications. We use consent and opt-out records to respect your communication choices.

3. Service providers and sharing

We use providers that help operate our business, including HighLevel/LeadConnector for CRM, forms, scheduling, and communications, and Stripe for payment processing. Hosting, email, telecommunications, and AI service providers may process information needed to deliver these services. Payment card information is handled by our payment providers; please enter it only in the secure checkout.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate protections. Providers’ own privacy policies also describe their handling of information.

4. Text messages and consent

Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared for third-party marketing.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, text-message opt-in records, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide necessary information to messaging providers that help deliver our messages.

When you opt in, texts may relate to your inquiry, appointments, account, or services. Promotional texts require the applicable marketing consent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to promotional texting is not a condition of purchase.

Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. You may also contact [email protected]. An opt-out confirmation may be sent. Opting out of texts does not cancel your service subscription.

5. Information handled for our customers

When we support another business’s calls, messages, or lead intake, we handle that information to provide services for that business. That business determines how it uses the information and may have its own privacy policy. For a request about information you provided to one of our business customers, contact that business directly; we can assist with identifying the appropriate contact when possible.

6. Cookies and linked services

Our website and embedded forms, calendars, or checkout services may use cookies and similar technologies for operation and functionality. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although some features may not work correctly if cookies are blocked. Links to other services are governed by those services’ policies.

7. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain required business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of information and its purpose. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system or method of transmission is completely secure.

8. Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing [email protected]. Depending on applicable law, additional rights may apply. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where legally required. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using their unsubscribe link.

9. Children

Our services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can address it.

10. Updates and contact

We may update this policy as our services change. The effective date above identifies the latest version. For privacy questions or requests, contact Jobsite Beacon Co. at [email protected].
