Yes. Jane is an AI receptionist, not a call center. She’s set up with your business name, services, and rules, so she sounds like part of your team.
Will callers know they’re talking to AI?
Jane introduces herself by name and talks naturally. If a caller asks, she tells them she’s an AI assistant for your business.
What if Jane can’t answer a question?
She takes down the question and the caller’s details and sends them to you. You set the rules for when a caller asks for a person or a question needs you.
Is it really 24/7?
Yes. Nights, weekends, and holidays. Jane flags urgent calls for you, but she is not an emergency service. Anyone in danger should call 911.
Does Jane book appointments?
Not on her own. Jane collects the caller’s name, number, address and what they need, and sends it straight to you, so you can call back and schedule it your way.
Can I keep my business number?
Yes. You keep your number, and calls you don’t pick up go to Jane. Prefer to keep things separate? Jane can also have her own dedicated line.
How fast is setup?
Setup starts as soon as we have your onboarding form. We aim to have Jane ready for a test call within 3 business days. You go live when you approve the test and your call forwarding is on. Missed-call texting turns on once the carriers approve your business for texting; they set that timeline, so we can’t promise a date.
Can I cancel?
Yes. It’s month-to-month. Cancel anytime by emailing [email protected], and your service runs through the end of the month you’ve paid for. See our service terms.
What does it cost after the first month?

Is there a limit on calls?
Normal business call volume is included, with no overage charges. If yours ever runs unusually high, our team talks with you first. Nothing changes on its own.
